Pitches are available adjacent to both the Cable Ski Lake and fishing lake, or in several other landscaped locations. Please request your preferred location when reserving. Electric hook-ups will need to be reserved at least one month prior to your intended date of arrival. We regret that if an electric hook-up is require our minimum reservation period is 2 nights (3 nights over Bank Holidays).

Summary of Codes of practice

• Please observe 10 mph speed limit.

• Pitches must be vacated by 11.00 am

• One vehicle per pitch

• Families only

• After 7 days, tents must be re-pitched

• We are unable to accept arrivals after 9.00 pm or dusk, which ever is the earlier.

• We regret that we are unable to accept single-sex parties of 3 or more persons.

• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
  You must clean up after your pet. Poop scoop bags are available free of charge from the Site Reception.

Owners of dogs caught running loose or fowling will be instructed to leave the Site. Remember, there are children playing here and loose dogs and their foul are a major hazard to children's health and safety. Please use the Dog Walk to exercise your pets.

As the most spacious camping and caravan site in the area, we are able to offer a limited number of seasonal pitches that may be occupied from March to October. This saves you the time and expense and sheer hassle of towing your caravan to Skegness every time the sun shines. Our pitches are generously laid  with electric hook-up points available.

In addition, should you wish to use your tourer for a holiday elsewhere, your season pitch will still be guaranteed to be available on your return.

Conditions

Suppose you wish to avoid the stress of taking your caravan home on icy winter roads or desire secure storage for your caravan when it is not in use. Consider us to accommodate your caravan  in the knowledge that our staff supervise the park 24 hours a day,  every day. For those taking advantage of our seasonal letting service and winter storage we will re-position your caravan for you on your chosen plot when the park reopens in March.  Please enquire about details of our storage scheme at reception.

You should of course, keep your caravan insured at all times (can be arranged at reception).
