If you choose a caravan at our Park, you will
become "part of the family", like our other valued customers.
We pride ourselves on the fact that at Skegness Water Leisure
Park, we try to offer you a highly personal service to help
you to get the most enjoyment from your caravan, and we know
all of our customers on an individual basis.
All plots are fully serviced for Water, Sewers and 16 amp
electric. Ducting for telephone cables are also laid to each plot
and can be connected to the BT Network at British Telecom's
standard charges.

Please note that these charges include all General & Water Rates, Sewerage Charges and
VAT. They do not include Insurance, Calor Gas
Bottles and Maintenance of the Ramtech Security System @
£58.00 (inc. VAT) per year. The electricity supply is
individually metered and your meter account will be prepared
at the end of each season.
The season starts on the first
Saturday in March and ends on the third Saturday in November.
However, an extended season is available until the 5th
January 2009 for caravans with factory or professionally
fitted double glazing, central heating and additional
insulation. (Subject to the caravan being checked and
approved by the office). If you wish to stay for the
optional extended season just add £240.00 to the above
figures.
